This website is operated by Het Bhaveshkumar Joshias an individual under the trade name Qwifly. Personalized Digital Memory Room is a digital gifting product offered through Qwifly. By accessing the website or purchasing the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Memory Room provides personalized digital gift experiences. The service is delivered electronically through a private link and does not include physical goods.

You must provide accurate details, maintain the confidentiality of the gift password and ensure that you have all permissions and rights required to upload, store and share the submitted photos, recordings, music, names and messages.

You must not upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, exploitative, deceptive or malicious content.

The output depends on information and files supplied by the customer. Spelling errors, incorrect names, unsuitable media or other customer-supplied mistakes may appear in the final gift unless corrected before publication.

The current service price is ₹299. Payments are processed by the payment service provider shown at checkout. Memory Room does not ask customers to disclose card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords.

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting, storage, network, payment-provider or third-party service issues.

Customers retain their rights in uploaded content. Memory Room retains rights in its software, layout, branding, interface, graphics and original platform content. Customers grant us a limited permission to process uploaded content only as required to provide and support the purchased service.

We may restrict or remove content or access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention or protection of another person's rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by customer-provided content, compromised passwords, unauthorised sharing of a gift link or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
