1. Who controls your information
This service is operated by Het Bhaveshkumar Joshias an individual under the trade name Qwifly. The product is called Personalized Digital Memory Room. Privacy enquiries may be sent to automationwithhet@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the sender's name and email, recipient name, relationship type, gift password in protected form, written messages, uploaded photos, optional voice recording, selected music, payment references, gift identifiers, support communications and basic technical/security logs.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to create, preview, publish, secure and deliver the Memory Room; process and verify payments; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security; comply with law; and resolve disputes.
4. Payment information
Payment information is entered on the payment provider's checkout flow. Memory Room does not intend to store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords. We may retain transaction references, payment status and bank reference numbers needed for support, accounting and refunds.
5. Media and private gifts
Uploaded media is used to create the requested private gift. Gift access is protected through a password and temporary signed media links. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should not upload highly sensitive, unlawful or unnecessary personal information.
6. Service providers
We may use hosting, storage, email, security, analytics and payment service providers solely to operate the service. Those providers may process data according to their own legally applicable terms and privacy practices.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, keep the paid gift available, meet accounting or legal duties, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. You may request deletion, but some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate dispute-prevention purposes.
8. Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent for optional processing or raise a grievance by contacting automationwithhet@gmail.com. We may need to verify the requester before acting.
9. Uploaded content involving others
The customer confirms that they have a lawful basis and appropriate permission to upload and share content involving another person. Do not upload private media without permission.
10. Security incidents
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Where legally required, affected users and relevant authorities will be notified of qualifying personal-data breaches.
