Cancellation Policy

You may stop the creation process at any time before payment. No cancellation fee applies.

Contact automationwithhet@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the personalized digital gift has not yet been published, we will review whether cancellation is still technically possible.

Once the personalized Memory Room has been published or accessed, it ordinarily cannot be cancelled because the digital service has already been prepared and delivered. Eligible technical or payment problems remain covered by the Refund Policy.

Requests should be submitted immediately and, where possible, within twenty-four hours of payment. Sending a request does not itself guarantee cancellation.
